fix(tauri): 맥 번들에 http 허용(ATS) — 서버가 http 라 앱이 요청을 못 보내던 것

macOS 는 앱 안 비암호화 요청을 기본 차단. src-tauri/Info.plist 로 NSAllowsArbitraryLoads 를
번들에 합침. Windows 는 무관.
