- `content`가 비어 있으면 `images`가 한 장 이상이어야 함.
- `images` 생략 또는 빈 배열은 기존 텍스트 전용 요청과 같음.
- 이미지 원본은 응답과 과거 메시지 조회에 포함되지 않음.
